It easily adjusts from a level grilling surface for eggs and pancakes to a tilted draining surface for meats. Big 14 in. x 15 in. cooking surface holds more pancakes, eggs, and sandwiches than conventional rectangular griddles. Fits in most standard kitchen cabinets. DiamondCoat ceramic nonstick surface provides stick-free cooking and easy cleaning and is completely free of PFOA and PTFE. Maintain the desired cooking temperature automatically with the Control Master heat control. The heavy cast aluminum griddle features a cool-touch base on the front and both sides. Built-in backstop ledge provides easy food handling, and slide-out drip tray removes for easy cleaning. Fully immersible with the heat control removed.
