Many homes and windows have custom construction, the EZ-AC is compatible with most homes, however if for some reason the EZ-AC does not work for your application we will issue a full refund- no questions asked once the unit is returned. *This unit is not designed to work with windows that open from side to side nor is it designed to work with homes with other than 2×4 or 2×6 construction. This unit will not work the the Frigidaire Gallery series air-conditioners. It WILL work with brick or concrete homes. The EZ-AC is best used with standard or double-hung windows of any material. Some applications may require foam gasketing. Some Air-conditioning units do not have flat bottoms, the EZ-AC will work with these units however it may angle the air-conditioner creating a small gap between the unit and the EZ-AC. This gap can be easily filled with standard foam gasketing. Gapping will not affect the safety or functionality of the EZ-AC You can purchase foam gaskets from DUCT and we include a free 32″ foam gasket with our product for use.
